Accompaniment-based care
Children thrive in healthy communities supported by vibrant social ecosystems. For this reason, I believe that the thriving of one child is connected to the thriving of all children. Families in my private practice have the opportunity to support a thriving landscape of child development for a broader community.
I spend a share of my time providing care to families involved with ALAS through the ALAS-Stanford Child Wellbeing Lab. My services are provided pro bono or in partnership with Health Plan of San Mateo.
Families seen in my private practice in Menlo Park can choose to support care activities at ALAS. Donations do not fund my time. Instead, they support care navigation by our family care advocates, provision of parenting support and child therapies, maintenance of a culturally accessible clinical space, and documenting impact.
Evidence for change
I am part of a Stanford research team partnering with ALAS to generate evidence for the innovative, community-embedded child behavioral health care models.
Seeking visionary partners
I am broadly engaged in a range of efforts focused on solving fundamental access, equity, and quality issues in child behavioral health. I am seeking visionary partners who care about behavioral health to build novel programs.
